Join the Flint Hills Discovery Center for a day of patriotism at their Star-Spangled Saturday! Filled with hands-on activities and demonstrations for every age, guests can experience the fun events panned and also enjoy visiting their upcoming fall exhibit, Duty First: 100 Years of the Big Red One.

Star-Spangled Saturday lets you explore the epic one-hundred-year history of the 1st Infantry Division through the eyes of five soldiers, from the founding of the Big Red One in 1917 to present day. Immerse yourself in the incredible story of the 1st Infantry Division in our Tallgrass Gallery and get to know the heroic soldiers and their personal chronicles through WWI, WWII, Vietnam, The Gulf Wars, the Kosovo conflict and the military activity of today. This family-friendly celebration is a great way to spend the weekend!

Step outside of our welcoming and comfortable community at River Trail Apartments in Ogden, Kansas for the day! This event is coming to town on Saturday, and it promises to be a wonderful time!
